We are committed to ensuring you receive your order swiftly, so you can enjoy uninterrupted sleep as soon as possible! Our team processes orders from Monday to Friday in our warehouse. Rest assured, as soon as your package leaves our warehouse, we'll send you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. This way, you can keep a close eye on your package's progress and eagerly anticipate its arrival. Your satisfaction and peaceful slumber are our top priorities!

When will I receive my order?

Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to arrive. For HI & AK, please allow 10-14 business days.

I put the wrong shipping address. Can I change it?

Once an order is placed, we're unable to guarantee any changes. However, please send us an email to orders@getsom.com immediately and if your order hasn't left our warehouse just yet, we'll do our best to update your shipping address for you. Just keep in mind, we send a confirmation email right after you place your order, so make sure to double check all the details.

If your order has already been shipped out, we're unable to send another package or process a refund. In this case, you'll need to reach out to the shipping carrier to see if they can redirect it for you.

Can I cancel my order?

We understand that things can change, but once an order is placed, we're unable to guarantee any changes or cancellations. Please email orders@getsom.com and we'll do our best to assist you.

If the order has already shipped, we'll get in touch with the carrier to see if we can re-route it back to our warehouse. If it's possible to do so, we'll gladly arrange that for you and process a refund for your order upon receipt. Please be aware that a $10 charge will apply to cover the re-routing, shipping, and handling.

In the event that re-routing isn't possible, no worries! You can still wait for the shipment to arrive and then proceed with returning it. Just keep in mind that we don't cover the shipping fees for returning the item to our warehouse.

My order was marked as delivered, but I didn't receive it.

If your order has been marked as delivered, but it hasn't arrived yet, don't worry! Just give it a little time, sometimes shipping carriers mark packages as delivered, but they may not actually arrive until a few days later. If it still hasn't arrived after 3 business days, please get in touch with us at orders@getsom.com and we'll be happy to help figure it out.
